Miscellaneous: Frank tells Trish that she's losing a lot of blood, but when her wound is shown, it is clearly clotted closed and not bleeding. Crew: When Frank and Trish are sitting down in the trees resting and the camera pans away you can clearly see the camera rails on the floor. Fact errors: If the rotation of the earth was suppose to be slowing to a stop when the girl is giving birth, how does the day suddenly turn to night? The view of the earth with the sun in the background shows the United States rotating into night. However, the speed at which the U.S. went into black was several times faster than the normal speed of the earth because in a matter of seconds, the U.S. rotated into night. Several minutes later, it was day again. The earth was suppose to slow to a stop, not speed up to outrageous speeds. Revealing mistakes: When the storm begins there is a scene where you can see the shadow of the trees/leaves on the asphalt not even moving like in a calm summer day. Continuity: When hailstone begin to fall, you can see in rear window of the car that nothing falls on the road and the road is clear. SYNC: Airplane engine is heard, but the propeller is not turning. This is not possible on a piston engine. DATE: The "cross" is supposed to be from the 3rd Centuary. Bare crosses are not widespread until the Fourth century. Crosses with the body of Christ don't appear until the 7th-8th Centuary. the idea that Chrsitians or indeed any one from Europe was capable of crossing the Atlantic is preposterous, coastal ships and trans-Adriatic vessels were the only viable craft at this period. |

Pilot: What's the matter? Passenger: Oh, well I just - I just didn't quite know what you meant when you said "bumpy." [first lines] Dr. Ian Hunter: Ryan! Dr. Frank Richards: Yeah. Dr. Ian Hunter: This is Doctor, ah, Trish Lane. Dr. Frank Richards: What is she doing here? Dr. Trish Lane: Frank. Dr. Frank Richards: This is a nice little reunion, but you couldn't have picked a worse possible time. Sarah: [last lines] Sarah: It was December 21, 2012. The end of the Great Cycle. But as one cycle ends, another begins. The miracle of life brought us together to remind us of the power of the universe. There's still a world out there, and we've been given a chance to begin again. This isn't the end. It's just the beginning. |
