GEOG: As Cody attempts to rescue the baby from the out-of-control car, a sign for Famous Players can be seen in the background. Famous Players is a Canadian movie theatre chain. However, the movie supposedly takes place in Seattle. Also, a street sign saying "Esplanade" can be seen. The Esplanade is a major road in North Vancouver, British Columbia. GEOG: Even the movie takes place in Seattle, Canada Place (a famous Vancouver landmark) can be seen in the background during the skateboarding scene. Continuity: Also in the opening action scene, the Volvo skids to a stop at the edge of the railroad track, where the train scrapes against the car's front left corner, shooting off sparks. When the front of the car is next shown, there is no damage whatsoever. Revealing mistakes: In several shots we see that Cody Banks is smaller then Ronica Miles and Molay but, in every fight scene, Cody becomes much taller, showing that a double was used. Continuity: When Ronica Miles comes to save Cody Banks, she takes her seatbelt off once the flying machine lands. The next time we see her, she is taking her seatbelt off again. Crew: When Ronica lands the flying machine to get Cody you can see the wire that connected it the crane. Revealing mistakes: When Natalie and Cody are riding the snow bike inside the building to escape, they go through a glass door. The door breaks before they get close to it. Continuity: When Cody is at the entrance of the party, the guards check his stuff. Then Cody puts his iPod in his jacket. Later when he picks up some stuff that he needs, he grabs the iPod out of his bag in the car. Continuity: As Banks is going downhill to save the little boy, his skateboard loses its two front wheels. After he has saved the boy, he skates away on the same skateboard with the two front wheels intact. Revealing mistakes: As Ronica Miles whips the boy's towel off in the locker room, supposedly stripping him, you can see his flesh-colored underwear as he covers himself up. Continuity: Natalie's hair always goes from being curly to being straight and the other way round. Continuity: When Natalie got kidnapped, she was wearing pink and her hair was curly, then when we next see her in the lab, she is wearing a black top and her hair is straight Continuity: During the fight in the secret lair, Cody jumps sideways over what seems to be an engine block. While he does this, the hood on his jacket is up, presumably to hide the face of the stunt double, but before and after it is down. Continuity: SPOILER: When Cody is trying to save the child in the car, it shows a shot of a railroad guard descending to prevent traffic from coming onto the train tracks. However, when Cody manages to stop the car, it is almost hit by the train and the guard is not there. Continuity: SPOILER: When Cody uses the skateboard to slow the car down he soon kicks it off to the side. When he goes back to get it, it is closer to the car than it should have been. Revealing mistakes: In the driving lesson, at some points when Cody is driving, there is no one sitting in the backseat where Natalie is supposedly sitting. Continuity: When Natalie is trying to get her driver's license, her hair keeps changing from combed to messy. Continuity: The white trim on the collar of Cody's jersey, from the gym, disappears in one shot. Revealing mistakes: When Cody and Ronica arrive at the secret lair, you can faintly see the green screen reflected off of Ronica's foil suit. Continuity: When Cody is in the glass dome with Natalie, Ronica is outside the dome placing little red light gadgets. You can see she is wearing purple lipstick, but when she enters the dome to get Cody and Natalie, she has red lipstick on. Continuity: Right after Cody and Ronica are caught trying to rescue Natalie from E.R.I.S, Cody escapes and flips over a cart. He does a front flip 180 (half a rotation), meaning he should have landed facing back towards the cart, but in the next shot he is seen facing away from it, and than running to safety. GEOG: When Cody Banks looks at the tracker device after Natalie is kidnapped, it shows the latitude and longitude of her location. However, the latitude and longitude are transposed. CHAR: Cody mentions the coordinates of the Cascade Mountains as: Long: 44 degrees 5' 2" Lat: -104 degrees 24' 8". They actually represent coordinates of the Black Hills in South Dakota, not the Cascade Mountains. |

Cody Banks: All her classes, isn't that kind of creepy? CIA Director: Creepy? We're the CIA, creepy is what we do. Natalie Connors: You know, Cody you make a really bad first impression and a terrible second impression but the third time was really good Cody Banks: You gotta see my fourth Cody Banks: What was my mission again? Natalie Connors: I think you were going to kiss me. Ronica Miles: Let's get one thing straight, I am not your partner. I'm your handler. Like in the zoo. Brinkman: [eyeing Ronica's skin-tight outfit] *Love* that suit. No place for a gun in there, eh? CIA Director: Ladies and gentlemen, somebody has gotta teach this kid how to talk to a girl! |
