| Plot: | Dave and Ronnie, Jason and Cynthia, and Joey and Lucy are close. The group used to include Shane and Jennifer, but they divorced and she's gone. Jason and Cynthia announce that their marriage is in trouble, and they beg their friends (and Shane's young girlfriend) to join them on a couples' retreat, at the package rate, on a tropical island. The others reluctantly agree, planning to play while Jason and Cynthia work on their marriage with an island psychologist. To everyone's surprise, the package is inflexible: each couple must participate in the couples' exercises. Soon fault lines appear in all four relationships. What's in store for each couple? |

Continuity: When we first see Jason sitting behind the desk talking on the telephone, the time on his wristwatch alternates between 11:35 and 12:10 between several times. Continuity: When Dave and Sctanley are talking just before they play Guitar Hero World Tour (2008) (VG), Dave's guitar strap is straight. He looks away, then it is twisted, and then it's straight again. CHAR: Both Kristin Davis and Malin Åkerman break character in the group yoga scene, and are laughing hysterically and trying to hide it. Fact errors: In the opening credits, actor Temuera Morrison's name is mis-spelled 'Temeura Morrison'. Continuity: During the first morning scene on the beach the sweat on Vince Vaughn's shirt changes between shots. Continuity: In the beach scene (where they take their clothes off), Cynthia takes her shoes off before walking out to the beach, then we see her with her shoes on the beach. Continuity: When Cynthia jumps in the bay after the ladies meet Salvadore on the east side, she is clearly wearing a blue bikini outfit. When she comes out of the water, her outfit is now pink and remains pink throughout. SYNC: When Grandpa Jim Jim starts his big American car at the airport, the sound is of a small Japanese car. GEOG: There are no lemon sharks in French Polynesia. In the Pacific ocean they are only found near the Americas. |
