Goofs

Continuity: In the Audi, after Clair and Phil escape from Holbrooke's house they are talking, the position of Claire's seat-belt changes multiple times; from being above her dress strap to being under it.
Revealing mistakes: The cabbie provides a Kindle to view data which is stored on a USB flash drive. The Kindle's only USB port is a mini-USB-B port, which is both the wrong size and the wrong type of USB port to accept a flash drive.
SYNC: When Phil and Claire are initially held at gunpoint, a cocking sound is heard without any gun actually being cocked.
CHAR: Taste tries to reference the Alexander Hamilton/Aaron Burr duel, but fails by getting Aaron Burr's name wrong.
SYNC: As Phil and Claire are walking on the streets of New York, there are visible puddles they are walking through without any splashing noises.
Continuity: At the end of Phil & Claire's speech in the car, he's facing her. In the next shot, he's facing forward.
Revealing mistakes: During the scene in Times Square you can see a background extra take a photo of the actors and film crew, followed by a crew member who walks towards them to usher them away.
Crew: When Phil stands to escape the book club meeting, his mic cord is visible, coming from behind is right knee.
Continuity: When Phil and Claire are getting ready for bed, the clock on the night stand shows 10:57. Approximately 5 minutes later, the clock shows 10:58.
GEOG: The boat that Phil and Claire escape on in Central Park has a registration number that begins with the letters "CF", which indicates that the boat is actually registered in California. New York state boat registration numbers begin with the letters "NY".
Revealing mistakes: During the scene where the Audi R8 is driving around attached to the taxi, at several times when the Audi is driving forward the brake lights are lit.
Continuity: 'Mark Wahlberg''s character is named Holbrooke Grant. However, when Claire looks up his name, she searches for "Holbrooke, Grant." This would make his name Grant Holbrooke rather than Holbrooke Grant.
Continuity: When Claire and Phil return in disguise to "Claw Restaurant", Phil is wearing Claire's glasses. Because of this, she needs to look extremely close to the electronic display at the hostess station to retrieve a telephone number. However, after Phil and Claire break into the competing realtor's office, Claire retrieves a telephone number a few feet away from the computer monitor, still not wearing her glasses.
Fact errors: In the scene where the Audi is stuck to the cab the two cops shoot out the front window of the Audi. The window shatters when the bullet hits it. Front windshields are made out of laminated safety glass and do not shatter.

Quotes

Phil Foster: He turned the gun sideways! That's a kill shot!
Phil Foster: ...And will you, for the love of God, put on a fucking
shirt?
Phil Foster: I'd do it again you know? Us, you, me the kids, all of
it. I'd do it again. I'd choose you every time.
Claire Foster: If we are going to pay this much for crab it better
sing and dance and introduce us to the Little Mermaid!
Phil Foster: You put *your* junk in reverse!
[end credits outtake]
Claire Foster: Now you get up there and work that pole like a Russian
immigrant.
Phil Foster: This gun sucks!
Brad Sullivan: I thought everything was fine, really. But you know
what? We are stuck in these roles together and we can't break out
of them, you know? It's like that Asian dude in "Sixteen Candles",
Long Dik Dog.
Phil Foster: Long Duk Dong.
Brad Sullivan: Long Duk Dong. That dude!
Phil Foster: Oh my God! The bald and crazy gay couple date. Shit my
pants, we forgot our gay couple dinner.
Claire Foster: What are we going to do? We can't go home, we can't go
to the police...
Phil Foster: Okay, okay, okay. Miletto, he wants the Tripplehorns,
why? Because they have the flash drive. All right, what if they
gave him the flash drive back?
Claire Foster: Why would they do that?
Phil Foster: Because we're going to find them and we're going to
*make* them do it. Once Miletto has the flash drive, this thing
ends.
Claire Foster: Okay, I like that. I am completely with you. I just
have to ask you one question, and do not judge me. What is a flash
drive?
Phil Foster: Seriously?
Claire Foster: Phil, I can't...
Phil Foster: Okay, it's a little storage disk that you stick in the
side of a laptop.
Claire Foster: Oh, it's a computer sticky thing? That's... in my
office, we call it a computer sticky thing.
Phil Foster: [after seeing all of Holbrooke's security technology]
Wow! Where'd you get all this stuff?
Holbrooke: Radio Shack.
Phil Foster: Seriously?
Holbrooke: [laughing] No, Phil, not seriously! [to Claire] What's
wrong with him?
Phil Foster: [imitating Holbrooke in a raspy voice, talking to the
dirty cops through the intercom] Hey. Hey, yo, yo. I'll be down in
a minute. I'm having sex. I'm getting busy.
Holbrooke: Is that supposed to be me? Or is that, like, Fat Albert or
somebody?
Phil Foster: Even though your pecs make me want to kill myself, and
your girlfriend is so hot it's like looking through a shimmering
jet engine, I believe there is a real person in there.
