Goofs
|
Continuity: When Lai Lai opens the suitcase and holds up the 9PM there is a close up of her hand. Then the next shot is of her turning off the shower, with a noticeably very different hand. Revealing mistakes: Miles Slade's face had extended burns after Joshua Harlow split alcohol on him. But no hair from his beard and eyelashes was burned, as clearly visible on his first contact with Father MacAvoy in the car. Continuity: When Joshua killed Lai Lai Zhen, the stake show that Joshua's is 5-4 and Lai Lai Zhen's is 2-1. However, when Joshua is entering the room as the winner, the stake board show that Joshua's Stake is 1-1. However later when Joshua is killing the organizer, the stake once again showing 5-4. DATE: In the scene in the parking garage where Joshua Harlow confronts Eddy Cusack a Ford Sierra can be seen, very clearly as Cusack squats down behind it, with the registration number BG07 VWX. This would mean the car was registered in 2007, which is impossible as the Sierra went out of production and was replaced with the Mondeo in 1993. Continuity: When the scene of all the random assassin's dying to the music is taking place, one scene shows the clock at 6:38 and change remaining, but 2 scene flicks later it shows the clock behind the Host, and it's at 7:01 remaining. CHAR: When Anton is chasing Lai Lai, the second time he pulls out his guns and puts them away, as he's running up another set of stairs and pipes on the side, the gun in his "left" holster actually falls out. Revealing mistakes: (At 1:12:42) When Joshua follow Lai Lai Zhen by a oil container he hits the passenger bus several times which Lai Lai Zhen was in and father MacAvoy was driving. But we cant see any excitement among the passenger though so many shooting took place. Some passengers were sleeping even after Joshua hits the bus several times. Continuity: During the final highway chase, Joshua's truck appears both with the headlights smashed and on, several times, going back and forth until the truck rolls over and even then, the truck still has the right headlight on. |

Gene Walker: What's the matter, Mr. Harlow? Are you out of bullets? Why, here, have some of mine! [opens fire] Powers: Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to The Tournament. [last lines] Father MacAvoy: Let us pray. |
