Goofs

  Continuity: In the confrontation with his landlady after he returns with Flike, the position of the landlady changes between shots, so that a set of film posters appears behind her and her fiancé in the later shots.
Continuity: When Umberto tries to give Flike away at the park, he lets him go to the young boys. Flike still has his lead attached. However when Flike finds Umberto under the bridge, the lead has vanished and does not reappear.
Continuity: The position of Umberto's bag on the seat changes between the scenes whilst he is trying to give Flike way and when he returns from the railway line.
