| Biography: | Nick Poltoranin from U.S.S.R., was born in Kazakhstan City of Almaty. His Grandmother Valentina Bobin teaching him arts of drawing, dancing and singing songs. He was awarded Red Diplom - the highest educational award in Russia (USSR) - for achieving excellent grade throughout the - (GPA 5.0/5.0) in ACT-College in 1981. Nick's first film role was playing a gangster using his Russian martial arts skills in "Tayny madam Vong" (1986). After College of Almaty, he moved to Moscow, Russia. And then immigrated to U.S.A. in 1991. Since 2002 he is a Member of S.A.G. - Screen Actors Guild, Associated Actors & Artistes of America and a Member of A.F.T.R.A. - The American Federation of Television and Radio Artists. He received his Bachelor's Degree of Fine Arts from the Touro College of New York U.S.A. in 2005. Now he lives in Brooklyn, New York. U.S.A. |
