Plot:

Dr. Temperance Brennan is a brilliant, but lonely, anthropologist whom is approached by an ambitious FBI agent, named Seely Booth, to help the bureau solve a series of unsolved crimes by identifying the long-dead bodies of missing persons by their bone structure. But both Agent Booth and Dr. Brennan and her team come up again a variety of interference from red tape, corruption, and local noncooperation.

Goofs

Revealing mistakes: In several episodes in Season 1, the red and blue police lights in the rear of Booth's FBI Tahoe are installed incorrectly so that the lights face the interior of the vehicle. Its best seen in 1.20, when they're driving to the small town. If the lights face the interior of the vehicle, they obviously cannot be seen outside of the vehicle (plus they probably blind the occupants of the vehicle).
Revealing mistakes: During the title sequence, when David Boreanaz is presented, the "FBI" label on his jacket is mirrored.
Continuity: In season one Brennan says that she was in the Foster Care system till her grandfather got her out, in later seasons it's said she never knew she had any grandparents.
Continuity: "Season 1, Episode 19: The Man in the Morgue" Booth introduces Caroline to Bones in the New Orleans Police Station when she is arrested for murder. "Season 5, Episode 16: The Parts in the Sum of the Whole" They show Caroline, Angela, Booth and Brennan in Caroline's office while working on their "FIRST" case together.
CHAR: When confirming heights of patients from SI units to Imperial units, one victim is said to be 180cm, but Dr. Brennan said it was 5' 8". 180cm is actually 5' 11".
